Pleasanton, CA — January 12, 2024 — NextHome is proud to announce that its Chief Executive Officer, James Dwiggins, has been named the 28th most influential leader in real estate, according to the latest Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list.

The influential list has consistently ranked James higher year after year since he first appeared on it in 2015 – one year after he co-founded NextHome.

In addition to James, three other NextHome executives were added to the SP 200 Watchlist this year as notable leaders with increasing influence. Charis Moreno, Vice President of Sales, Keith Robinson, Chief Strategic Officer, and Jim Fischetti, Vice President of Learning and Development, were each recognized for their impact on residential real estate.

Powered by T3 Sixty’s careful methodology, the SP 200 list is the definitive ranking of the residential real estate brokerage industry’s most powerful leaders. The SP 200 Watchlist highlights industry leaders who are poised to make the SP 200 ranking in the coming years.

“Being able to represent the NextHome brand year after year on the SP 200 is an honor that speaks volumes about how we support each other in this company,” James said. “The NextHome corporate team is a privilege to work with, and we make each other better. The same can be said of the many NextHome brokers, owners, and agents across the nation. These people are the best in the business. Together, we will continue to lead honest conversations about real estate while staying focused on our core mission – supporting people in their journey toward their next home.”

The SP 200 ranks the nation’s 200 most powerful residential real estate brokerage leaders every year based on a variety of factors including size of the company they lead, personal leadership and influence within the industry, track record and resources at their disposal, and recent initiatives.

James continues to climb the notable list, joining the group of industry leaders at number 188 back in 2015. In the years that followed, James was ranked at No. 158 in 2017, No. 105 in 2018, No. 72 in 2019, No. 54 in 2020, No. 48 in 2021, No. 40 in 2022, and No. 37 in 2023.

Alongside Keith, James launched the Real Estate Insiders Unfiltered Podcast in 2023, becoming one of the leading voices in real estate’s continuing evolution. He also shares his knowledge and perspective at numerous conferences and events throughout the country, continually embracing industry change to best position NextHome and its members for ongoing success.

The NextHome franchise, founded in 2014, has 610 offices and 5,600+ members across 48 states. The company closed over 29,000 transactions in 2023 worth over $10B in volume.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to all NextHome members across the country for making recognitions like this possible. Our company leaders are making a difference in the real estate industry thanks to your ongoing support.
